TGP2109-SM 8-12 6-bit digital phase shifter datasheet: rev - 9-30-15 - 12 of 16 - disclaimer: subject to change without notice ? 2015 qorvo www.qorvo.com applications information de-quing network is not required; v ref can be biased to either side of the package (pin # 6 or #14) evaluation board rf layer is 0.008? thick rogers ro4003c. metal laye rs are 0.5-oz copper. microstrip 50 line width is 0.050?. the microstrip line taper at the connector interface i s optimized for the southwest microwave end-launch connector 1092- 02a-5. ground / thermal vias under the dut are critical fo r the proper performance of this device. the pcb s hown herein utilizes copper filled vias (8 mils diameter) under the dut. the pad pattern shown has been developed and tested for optimized assembly at triquint semiconductor. the pcb land pattern has been developed to accommodate lead and package tolerances. since surface mount proces ses vary from company to company, careful process devel opment is recommended. vias pattern
